Shell Heart Wreath and wooden oar

I ordered the heart and a wooden oar. i only received the heart in the beginning and tried to get the oar through emails but got no response. Once the company finally realised they despatched the oar and it arrived a couple of days later. Their customer service to follow up the error was next to none and I would highly recommend them.

Beautiful until I lifted it up and the hanging string broke immediately

I loved unwrapping this item but shortly after holding it up the string that’s used to hang it started fraying and then snapped and broke. You chose very poor quality string and I almost dropped the entire thing. pretty disappointed…
