What payment methods do you accept?

My Decor Den accepts payments via credit card, PayPal and Afterpay

Do you ship worldwide?

My Decor Den currently ships Australia wide and to New Zealand.

Who do you use for shipping?

My Decor Den uses Australia Post for all our shipping needs. We may also deliver locally.

What is you refund policy?

 

Returns for Incorrect or Damaged Items:

We take pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that:

  • Doesn't match the description
  • Is the wrong item
  • Is damaged upon arrival

Please contact us immediately at info@mydecorden.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Incorrect Items:

We'll be happy to replace the incorrect item with the one you ordered or offer a full refund, minus the original shipping cost.

Damaged Items:

For damaged items, we'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. Please note: While we take great care in packaging your order, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

For all returns:

  • We recommend taking photos of any damage to the item or packaging for documentation purposes.
  • We'll provide you with return instructions once we receive your email.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by an incorrect or damaged item and appreciate your understanding.

 

Hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. The item must be in its original condition. No restocking fee will be applied.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

 

Are the materials in your products ethically sourced?

Our suppliers specialise in handcrafting particular goods from raw materials. You can be assured fair trade practise is adhered to and that all materials are ethically sourced

 

Do you offer wholesale?

No, My Decor Den does not offer wholesale.
