Returns for Incorrect or Damaged Items
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that's incorrect (doesn't match the description or is the wrong item) or damaged upon arrival, please contact us right away at info@mydecorden.com.au. You'll need to do this within 14 days of getting your order.
For incorrect items, we're glad to either send you the correct item or give you a full refund, though we can't refund the original shipping cost.
If an item arrives damaged, we'll work with you to find the best solution, which could be a replacement, repair, or refund. Please keep in mind that while we pack everything with great care, we can't be responsible for damage that happens during shipping.
For all returns:
- It's a good idea to take photos of any damage to the item or its packaging for your records.
- Once we get your email, we'll send you instructions on how to return the item.
We're really sorry for any inconvenience an incorrect or damaged item causes and appreciate your understanding!
