What payment methods do you accept?

My Decor Den accepts payments via credit card, PayPal and Afterpay

Do you ship worldwide?

My Decor Den currently ships Australia wide and to New Zealand.

Who do you use for shipping?

My Decor Den uses Australia Post for all our shipping needs. We may also deliver locally.

What is you refund policy?

If you receive a product that is not as described or is not the product you ordered, My Decor Den will replace the item or refund you your purchase at our discretion, minus the original shipping cost. We ask that you inform My Decor Den immediately via email at info@mydecorden.com.au and return the item within 14 days of purchase.

Do you offer exchanges?

My Decor Den does not offer exchanges if you have a change of mind. However an exchange will be offered if the item is damaged or faulty. My Decor Den does not accept responsibility for items damaged during shipping.

Faulty/Damaged items?

My Decor Den takes extra care when packaging your items. Each item is carefully and individually wrapped and a careful inspection of each item is undertaken to ensure a high quality of service. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately via email at info@mydecorden.com.au. Please Note: My Decor Den does not accept responsibility of damaged items during shipping. 

Are the materials in your products ethically sourced?

Our suppliers specialise in handcrafting particular goods from raw materials. You can be assured fair trade practise is adhered to and that all materials are ethically sourced

Do you offer wholesale?

No, My Decor Den does not offer wholesale.
